About Tim

As far back as I can remember, I was intrigued by the concept of taking raw land, engineering and developing the land into a subdivision and then watching a contractor come along and build brand new houses that will eventually be a family’s home.  It’s an amazing process to me, and I love to watch a young family as they move into their first home.  Real estate is not just about buying and selling homes, its about people and their lives and dreams.  I enjoy working with clients to help find them the perfect home or to help sell their current homes so they can move on to the next chapter of their lives.

A little about my background:

I was born and raised in Greenville, SC, attended school at Clemson University, and moved to Atlanta, GA after graduation to work for a civil engineering firm specializing in land development. 

After a short time there, my wife received a job offer in Charlotte, so we relocated to Southwest Charlotte, NC where we currently reside and have loved it ever since!  I began working with a local Charlotte engineering firm designing residential subdivisions, but after several years I found myself looking for something more. 

I decided to get my real estate license and began my journey in residential real estate.  My land development background has served me well as I understand the local real estate markets, residential and commercial, and I understand how the construction process works.  As a REALTOR®, I am extremely detail oriented and work to ensure my clients are informed and educated throughout the entire process.  I pride myself on customer service and will always strive to create the best experience for my buyers and sellers.  This is truly my dream job!
